Do I Need Malwarebytes for Mac? Is there a general consensus regarding value of installing Malwarebytes on a MAC? Not needed or advisable? Running Catalina 10.15.5 on MacBook Pro. Malwarebytes for Mac 3.9.32 released on 07 October 2019. Added support for macOS 10.15 (Catalina). Before I download Malwarebytes for macOS, will it fully remove malware from my Catalina iMac? Like fully remove it even on the free version? And if there is a trial, will I need a credit card?

See if you an install this in safe mode or a new user account to isolate and possibly resolve this issue:
